Bossini International Holdings Limited has entered into a new Purchase Framework Agreement with Viva Shoes, effective from October 4, 2024 to December 31, 2025, to replace the previous Purchase Agreement. Under the new agreement, the company can buy products from Viva Shoes with prices based on market rates for materials, labor, and demand, ensuring terms are as favorable as those from independent third parties. Payment for orders, verified for quality, is due within 30 days from internal resources.
