Bosideng International Holdings Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 20, 2024, where it will seek approval of its financial statements and director’s reports, declare a final dividend of HKD20 cents per share, and re-elect executive and non-executive Directors. Additionally, the meeting will address the issuance of additional shares and the appointment of Auditors, along with the authorization for the Board to fix their remuneration. The resolutions also include provisions for share allocation and distribution power for the Directors, subject to a 20% limit of the total number of issued shares.
