Borregaard ASA ( (GB:0QB7) ) has provided an announcement.

Borregaard ASA has launched a share buyback programme of up to 300,000 shares, to be used for employee incentive schemes under a mandate granted at its April 2026 general meeting that allows repurchases of up to 10% of outstanding shares at a maximum price of NOK 400. The programme will run from 11 May to 18 June 2026, capped at a daily volume aligned with 25% of April trading activity, and will be executed by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken on regulated markets, underscoring a structured approach to capital allocation and staff retention.

The controlled buyback signals continued use of equity-based incentives to align employees with shareholder interests, while the defined time frame and volume limits are designed to minimise market disruption. For investors, the move may provide marginal support to the share price and reflects the board’s confidence in the company’s financial flexibility and operational outlook without materially altering the overall capital structure.
