Borqs Technologies, Inc. has announced a significant shake-up in its executive team, appointing Heung Sang Addy Fong as the new CFO, replacing Haidong (Henry) Sun, to better align its core management within Asia. Additionally, due to health issues, Shizhu (Steve) Long stepped down, prompting the Board to appoint Kaiyue Lin and Fang-Wei (Steve) Tsao as Class II Directors, with Lin also taking the helm of the audit committee. These changes, effective June 1, 2024, are part of Borqs’ strategic realignment without any internal disputes.
