BorgWarner (BWA) has shared an update.
BorgWarner Inc. has launched a cash tender offer for its outstanding 3.375% and 5.000% Senior Notes due in 2025, with full details available online and offers set to expire on August 13, 2024. The purchase price for the notes will be calculated based on a fixed spread over the yield to maturity of U.S. Treasury Reference Securities. Noteholders will also be compensated for accrued interest up until the expected payment date on August 16, 2024.
