Borders & Southern Petroleum has enhanced its board with the appointment of Dr. W. Sean Guest as a Non-Executive Director, bringing over 35 years of international oil and gas industry experience. Dr. Guest, who is the President and CEO of Valeura Energy Inc., has been granted 7,300,000 share options as part of his compensation package. The company anticipates that Dr. Guest’s expertise will be instrumental in the development of the Darwin discovery.
