Boqii Holding Limited has announced the appointment of Assentsure PAC as its new independent registered public accounting firm for auditing its financial statements for the past three fiscal years. Concurrently, the company has parted ways with its previous auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP, after the audit committee approved these changes. Prior to their dismissal, PricewaterhouseCoopers reported potential reportable events to the company.
