Bank of Queensland Limited (BOQ) has announced the redemption of all its Capital Notes, BOQPE, on 15 August 2024, with holders receiving the face value plus final distribution. The Notes will cease trading on the ASX from 25 July 2024, and individual tax implications may vary for which holders are advised to seek independent advice. This move follows approval from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority and is not indicative of future redemptions of other regulatory capital instruments.
