Boosh Plant-Based Brands Inc. is in the process of selling its Beautiful Beanfields brand to Simple Yummy Chips, aiming to alleviate financial pressures and improve its balance sheet. The deal, still in non-binding stages, could potentially decrease Boosh’s liabilities by about $2 million and help the company navigate a competitive market.
