Boosh Plant-Based Brands Inc. is negotiating a deal to sell its Beautiful Beanfields brand to Simple Yummy Chips and is also seeking capital to restart trading and maintain investor relations. The company is facing financial difficulties, having failed to file the previous year’s financials and MDA, as well as this year’s Q1 report. Meanwhile, Boosh is proceeding with a production run of its six top flavours to attract investors and is committed to finding a viable route back to generating revenue.
