Boom Logistics Limited has announced that Director Ben Pieyre has increased his holdings with the acquisition of 738,397 new Rights under the company’s Executive Remuneration Plan – Short Term Incentive Plan, resulting in a total of 3,947,144 Rights post-change. The transaction did not involve any disposal of securities or monetary consideration. This change reflects Pieyre’s growing stake in the company and aligns his interests with the long-term performance of Boom Logistics.
