Boom Logistics Ltd informs the market of a significant change in Director Ben Pieyre’s interest, following the exercise of vested Rights under the company’s Executive Remuneration Plan. Pieyre’s transaction resulted in an acquisition of 584,729 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and a disposal of an equivalent number of Rights, leaving him with a total of 584,729 shares and 3,208,747 Rights post-transaction.
