Boom Logistics Limited, known under the ASX issuer code BOL, has announced the issuance of over 4 million ordinary fully paid shares to the Trustee of the Company’s Employee Share Trust. This move is designed to facilitate the Trust in meeting future vested exercises of performance rights by employees. The securities application was confirmed in a new announcement dated September 5, 2024.
