Booktopia Group Calls Creditors’ Virtual Meeting

Booktopia Group Ltd. (AU:BKG) has released an update.

Booktopia Group Ltd., currently under external administration, has scheduled a creditors’ meeting for July 15, 2024, to be held virtually via teleconference and webinar. The meeting will address the formation of a committee of inspection and consider the replacement of the current voluntary administrators. Creditors are required to submit their proofs of debt and proxies by July 12, 2024, to be eligible to vote at the meeting.
