Bonterra Resources Inc. has successfully completed a brokered private placement, raising $8.5 million through the issuance of flow-through and regular units, which included the exercise of an over-allotment option. The proceeds will primarily fund working capital and exploration expenses, with certain tax benefits available to purchasers, especially those in Québec. Securities firm Eight Capital led the placement, with the new securities subject to varying trade restrictions.
