Bonterra Resources Expands Private Placement

Bonterra Resources (TSE:BTR) has released an update.

Bonterra Resources Inc. has increased the size of its private placement to approximately $7.8 million, comprising both regular units and Quebec premium flow-through units, with the proceeds intended for exploration expenses that will be renounced in favor of purchasers for tax purposes. The offering, expected to close on May 2, 2024, includes share purchase warrants, and is conditional upon regulatory approval, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
