Bonny International Holding Limited announces a proposed Rights Issue aiming to raise approximately HK$73.5 million by offering one new share for every four held by qualifying shareholders, excluding certain investors. The funds raised are designated for general working capital, acquisition of equipment, and research and development. Maximax Holding Corporation has committed to fully participate in the Rights Issue, aligning with its 52.88% ownership in the company.
