Bonjour Holdings Limited has announced a capital reorganization involving a share consolidation, where every 20 existing shares will become one consolidated share. Following the consolidation, a capital reduction and subdivision will occur, leading to a new share with reduced par value and a subsequent adjustment in accumulated losses and the creation of distributable reserves. To align with these changes, the board lot size for stock trading will shift from 2,000 existing shares to 12,000 consolidated shares, with a circular detailing the reorganization to be distributed to shareholders.
