Bonjour Holdings Limited has completed an equity subscription under its general mandate, issuing 86,000,000 new shares at HK$0.070 each to a single subscriber. The transaction, completed on 23 March 2026, raised gross proceeds of approximately HK$6.02 million and net proceeds of about HK$5.92 million, which the company plans to deploy for previously disclosed purposes.

Following the share issue, Bonjour’s total issued share capital increased from 1,788,878,065 to 1,874,878,065 shares, with the new subscriber now holding about 4.59% of the enlarged share base. The stake of controlling shareholder Chen Jianwen was diluted from 50.33% to 48.02%, while the aggregate holding of other public shareholders fell from 49.66% to 47.38%, modestly broadening the company’s shareholder base but leaving control unchanged.
