Stockholders approved the merger, which resulted in the issuance of new shares and the company’s transition from a shell corporation to a successor issuer with registered securities. As part of the transaction, GAMC also introduced an Incentive Award Plan and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, setting aside shares for these programs and marking a new chapter in the company’s growth trajectory.
