Bolt Metals Raises Funds Through Upsized Private Placement

Bolt Metals (TSE:BOLT) has released an update.

Bolt Metals Corp. successfully completed an upsized, non-brokered private placement, raising C$803,750 by selling over 3 million Units at C$0.25 each, due to increased investor interest. The funds raised will be directed towards exploration, working capital, and general corporate expenses. Each Unit consists of a common share and a half warrant, with full warrants allowing the purchase of additional shares at C$0.50 over the next two years.
