Bolt Metals Corp. has successfully acquired the Switchback Copper-Silver property in British Columbia, an area with potential for significant volcanic redbed copper and polymetallic deposits. The acquisition involved issuing 4 million common shares and a CAD$20,000 cash payment to the stakeholders of 1436060 B.C. Ltd. Post-acquisition, the shares are subject to a six-month lock-up period with a gradual release thereafter.
