Bolt Metals Corp. has completed a debt settlement by issuing over 648,000 common shares to its President, CEO, and Director, addressing an indebtedness of approximately $218,750. The agreement, which included a four-month hold period for the securities, is part of the company’s efforts to improve its financial position. Bolt Metals, a company specializing in the development of battery metals projects in the Asia-Pacific region, is working within exemptions provided for financial distress and related-party transactions.
