Bolt Metals Corp. has announced the correction of the share price in its previously stated debt settlement plan with its President and CEO, setting it at $0.3375 per share. The corrected plan proposes issuing 648,148 common shares to settle an accrued management fee debt of $218,750.00, subject to approvals and a four-month holding period.
