Bolt Metals Acquires Promising Mining Property

Bolt Metals (TSE:BOLT) has released an update.

Bolt Metals Corp. has finalized a definitive agreement to acquire 1436060 B.C. Ltd., which holds the promising Switchback Copper-Silver property in British Columbia. The deal involves issuing 4 million common shares and a CAD$20,000 cash payment, with shares subject to a 6-month lock-up period and staggered release thereafter. This strategic acquisition is set to close on October 7, 2024, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals.
