Bold Ventures Secures Funds Through Private Placement

Bold Ventures Inc. has successfully completed the third tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $29,500 through the sale of WC Units. The company has accumulated a total of $224,200 from the ongoing offering, which aims to raise up to $920,000 by selling working capital and flow-through units. Investors in WC Units are granted warrants enabling them to purchase additional shares at a set price within three years.
