Bold Ventures Extends Private Placement Offering

Bold Ventures (TSE:BOL) has released an update.

Bold Ventures Inc. has extended its non-brokered private placement to raise up to $920,000 through the sale of working capital and flow-through units. The offering, which includes common shares and warrants, will finance the company’s working capital, property maintenance, and exploration activities. The placement, which began on July 4, has so far raised $70,200 and will remain open until September 18, 2024, or until all units are sold.
