Boku Inc., a London-based provider of local payment method networks and value-added services such as bundling and cross-border settlement, supports global technology, media and entertainment merchants with access to direct carrier billing, digital wallets and real-time account-to-account payments. Its platform connects merchants to over 7 billion consumer payment accounts, enabling streamlined integration to local payment methods and fraud prevention.

The company has repurchased 160,245 of its own ordinary shares on AIM between 13 and 15 April 2026 via Investec Bank, at volume-weighted average prices around 173 pence, and will hold these shares in treasury under Diagonal Nominees Ltd. Following these transactions, Boku’s issued share capital stands at 303,738,417 shares, of which 6,658,664 are in treasury and 297,079,753 carry voting rights, a change that slightly reduces the free float and adjusts the denominator for shareholders’ disclosure obligations under FCA rules.
