BOKU ( (GB:BOKU) ) has issued an update.

Boku Inc., a London-based payments technology group, connects merchants to a wide network of local payment methods, including carrier billing, digital wallets and account-to-account schemes, and supports global expansion for leading technology and media brands. The company augments this with bundling, currency conversion and cross-border settlement services to streamline international commerce and fraud prevention.

The company disclosed that it repurchased 412,000 of its own ordinary shares on AIM between 26 and 31 March 2026 via Investec Bank at volume-weighted average prices around 163–165 pence. These shares will be held in treasury, leaving 303,738,417 shares in issue and 297,264,998 voting rights outstanding, a change that slightly reduces free float and provides a new reference point for shareholder disclosure thresholds.

Boku detailed the individual trades undertaken during the buyback period, in line with UK Market Abuse Regulation requirements. By tightening its share capital and enhancing treasury holdings, the company may be signaling confidence in its valuation while offering flexibility for future capital management or employee incentive plans.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:BOKU) stock is a Buy with a £199.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on BOKU stock, see the GB:BOKU Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on BOKU Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BOKU is a Neutral.

The score is primarily supported by strong financial performance (re-accelerating growth, strong cash flow, and low leverage). Offsetting this are weak technical trends (trading below major moving averages with negative MACD) and a high P/E valuation that increases execution risk.
