Bodycote plc has continued to execute its previously announced £80 million share buyback, confirming that between 13 and 17 April 2026 it repurchased 129,821 ordinary shares for cancellation through Barclays Bank at prices ranging from 679.00p to 727.00p, with a volume-weighted average of 697.54p. Since the start of this programme, Bodycote has cancelled a total of 770,693 shares, reducing the number of shares in issue to 171,991,897 and thereby slightly increasing earnings per share and consolidating voting rights for remaining shareholders.
