Bod Science Limited’s director, Joanne Patterson, has experienced a change in interest due to the cancellation of 413,166 Long Term Incentive Rights (LTI Rights), as conditions for vesting were not met. Patterson still retains control over 800,000 shares through JGC Patterson Pty Ltd and 6,375,000 shares in Health and Beauty Enterprise Pty Limited, alongside 696,273 LTI Rights after the change.
