BOCOM International Holdings has announced senior management changes, with executive director, deputy chief executive officer and chief risk officer Wang Xianjia resigning effective 6 March 2026 due to work reassignment. Upon his departure, Wang will also step down from the board’s Strategy and Risk Management Committee and cease to serve as an authorised representative of the company under Hong Kong listing rules.
Chief executive officer and executive director Xie Jie will assume the role of authorised representative in Wang’s place from the same date, ensuring continuity in the company’s regulatory liaison function. The board noted that Wang has no disagreement with the directors and that there are no matters related to his resignation requiring shareholder attention, while expressing gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.
