BOCOM International Holdings Co. Ltd. ( (HK:3329) ) has provided an update.

BOCOM International’s wholly owned subsidiary Preferred Investment has acquired additional SINOCH notes on the over-the-counter market, using internal resources to fund purchases totaling about US$7.55 million within March 2026. The notes, issued by a British Virgin Islands vehicle and guaranteed by a Sinochem Group overseas flagship, represent a portfolio investment from independent counterparties DBS Bank and CMB International, and collectively qualify as discloseable transactions under Hong Kong listing rules, highlighting the group’s ongoing fixed-income investment activities and regulatory transparency.

The latest acquisition involved roughly US$1.61 million of SINOCH notes on 25 March 2026, following an earlier US$5.95 million tranche bought on 6 March 2026. By aggregating these buys, BOCOM International signals a measured build-up in credit exposure to a state-backed Sinochem-related issuer while staying within mid-range transaction thresholds, a move that may modestly enhance yield for shareholders without materially altering the firm’s risk profile or core operating focus in securities and asset management businesses.

The most recent analyst rating on (HK:3329) stock is a Hold with a HK$0.42 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on BOCOM International Holdings Co. Ltd. stock, see the HK:3329 Stock Forecast page.
