BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) has announced the resignation of Mr. LIU Jin as Vice Chairman and Non-executive Director, effective from 25 August 2024. Mr. LIU Jin, also stepping down from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Strategy and Budget Committee, has stated there are no disagreements or concerning matters related to his departure. The Board, comprising various other members including the Chairman Mr. GE Haijiao, remains intact post-resignation.
