BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) has announced a change in its corporate secretariat, with Mr. Luo Nan resigning and Madam Huang Xuefei taking over as Board Secretary and Company Secretary effective 30 June 2024. Madam Huang brings extensive experience from her tenure at Bank of China and holds multiple professional qualifications in accounting and corporate governance. The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Luo’s contributions and welcomed Madam Huang to her new role.
