BOC Aviation Limited has provided details on the structure and role of its Remuneration Committee, which is responsible for overseeing salaries, bonuses, and other forms of compensation within the company. Comprised primarily of independent non-executive Directors, the committee ensures that executive remuneration aligns with the company’s goals and governance standards. The terms will be effective starting July 15, 2024, guiding the committee originally established in May 2016.
