BOC Aviation Limited has announced the appointment of Mdm. Zhang Xiaolu as the new Chairman of the Board, effective from June 30, 2024. Mdm. Zhang, who has a longstanding career at Bank of China Limited and brings a wealth of experience to the role, will not be receiving any additional remuneration for her position as Chairman. The Board has expressed its congratulations and looks forward to her leadership.
