BOC Aviation Limited has announced significant changes to its leadership, with Mdm. Zhang Xiaolu being appointed as the Nomination Committee Chairman and ceasing her role on the Strategy and Budget Committee, while Mdm. Chen Jing fills the vacancy. Additionally, Mr. Jonathan James Edward Mahony steps down as the Hong Kong Secretary and authorised representative, a position now filled by Mr. So Yiu Fung, who brings over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting.
