BoardWare Intelligence Technology Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Tsang Tik Man from his roles as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative, and Financial Controller effective 22 May 2024, thanking him for his service. Concurrently, Ms. Wong Kwun Ling has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative. The company is currently seeking a replacement for the Financial Controller position vacated by Mr. Tsang.
