Boardwalk REIT has announced the resignation of their CFO, Lisa Smandych, who will leave after Q2 2024 to explore new opportunities. She will be succeeded by Gregg Tinling, a seasoned member of the Boardwalk team with over 15 years of industry experience. The company, which prides itself on building strong communities, expects a smooth transition and continued financial robustness under Tinling’s stewardship.
