David I. Roberts recently stepped down from his position on the board of Rare Element Resources Ltd. due to retirement, after serving since 2017 as a Synchron-appointed director. His departure was amicable, with no disputes over company matters. Succeeding him is Craig S. Bartels, a Senior VP and COO at General Atomics Uranium Resources, also associated with Synchron, who will assume similar indemnity arrangements as his board peers.
