Soon Lian Holdings Limited has announced significant changes to its board, with Mr Yap Kian Peng retiring as the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director and other key committee roles after the annual general meeting on April 29, 2024. He is succeeded by Mr Chua Keng Woon, starting May 1, 2024, who will also chair the Remuneration Committee and join the Audit and Nominating Committees.
