Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group Ltd has announced key changes to its board, with the resignation of Mr. Lou Jun as an executive director and the appointments of Ms. Zhou Yadong and Dr. Chan Ho Wah Terence as executive and independent non-executive directors respectively, effective from 15 July 2024. Ms. Zhou brings nearly three decades of financial and investment expertise, particularly within the company’s controlling shareholder SIIC’s network, and no issues were reported surrounding Mr. Lou’s departure.
