Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC announced the resignation of Mr Chris Cox from its Board of Directors, effective 31 May 2024, due to his new role as CEO of Serica Energy plc. The company expressed gratitude for Cox’s contributions and has started the search for a new independent non-executive director in line with its diversity goals. The upcoming AGM will see the withdrawal of the resolution to reappoint Cox.
