MedAdvisor Limited has announced upcoming changes to its Board, with Non-Executive Director Sandra Hook choosing not to seek re-election at the 2024 AGM and Brett Magun retiring effective August 28, 2024. The company has already added new members for skill diversity and robust governance, and will reduce board size to match its market capitalization. Both directors were acknowledged for their contributions during key growth and governance phases, with Cotiviti continuing its supportive partnership.
