Equinox Gold Corp. has announced the resignation of Mr. Fraz Siddiqui from its Board of Directors, following the lapse of Mubadala Investment Company’s right to a board appointment. The change comes after Mubadala converted its convertible note and sold its shares earlier in the month. The company expressed gratitude to both Mr. Siddiqui and Mubadala for their support and contributions to its growth.
