China Water Affairs Group Limited has announced a change in its board of directors, with Ms. Zhou Nan resigning due to other business commitments and Mr. Xiao Zhe being appointed as her replacement. Mr. Xiao brings over a decade of experience in finance and investment to his new role as an independent non-executive director and will be part of the audit and remuneration committees.
