China Smarter Energy Group Holdings Limited has announced changes to its board, with Mr. Kwok Shun Sing resigning as an independent non-executive director to focus on other business commitments, and Mr. Choi Pun Lap appointed as his replacement effective 1st August 2024. Mr. Choi brings a wealth of experience, including his roles as an executive director and independent non-executive director at various listed companies. The company also notes a shift in the composition of its board committees following Mr. Kwok’s departure.
