China Sandi Holdings Ltd. has announced significant changes to its board, including the re-designation of Ms. Amika Lan E Guo from an executive to a non-executive director, the resignation of Mr. Lam Wai Fung as an independent non-executive director, and the appointment of Ms. Zhang Jianchan and Ms. Yu Huaxiu as new independent non-executive directors, all effective from 24 September 2024. These changes are in compliance with the Listing Rules and are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its corporate governance.
