They will be succeeded by Ms. Wu and Ms. Zheng, who have been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Directors and will occupy chair and committee member positions. The company expressed gratitude for the contributions of the outgoing professors and ensured there were no disagreements or unresolved issues related to their departures.
